Draft Beer System Installations

Bevflo Inc. Beer Systems provides draft beer system installations for bars, restaurants, and hospitality businesses throughout the New York City area. From smaller establishments to larger projects, we design and install draft systems based on the specific requirements of each location.

Draft Towers

Every installation begins with a site visit and a free estimate. During the visit, we evaluate the layout and determine the equipment needed for the system. Factors such as the length of the beer run help determine the appropriate beer line diameter, while the system’s cooling requirements determine the glycol power pack capacity. The number and location of beer towers can also affect the number of pumps required on the glycol unit.

A properly designed system is important for maintaining consistent beer quality. If factors such as line length, cooling capacity, and gas pressure are not properly considered, the result can be foamy or flat beer, unnecessary product waste, and losses for the establishment. Our approach is to plan the system around the physical layout and operating needs of the business before installation begins.

Bevflo Inc. provides the equipment required for a complete draft beer system, including beer towers and drip trays, beer trunk line, glycol power packs, beer gas blender boxes for the correct CO2/nitrogen gas blend, secondary gas regulators for individual keg carbonation, and primary CO2 and nitrogen regulators for gas tanks. We also install FOBs to help reduce beer waste during keg changes, along with FOB overflow waste lines to help keep the cold room clean. For longer beer runs, beer pumps can be incorporated into the system, and we supply the appropriate keg Sankeys, or tapping heads, for different keg types.

The beer tower is often the crown jewel of the bar, so appearance and location matter as much as function. We help customers select a tower that works with the design and layout of their establishment. When a standard tower does not fit the customer’s vision, we can also work with a customer’s tower designer to help develop a unique tower for the location.

Bevflo Inc. works with local businesses to provide beer gas deliveries and refrigeration services for our customers as well, helping support the equipment that keeps a draft system operating.

Whether you are opening a new establishment, expanding an existing bar, or replacing an older draft system, Bevflo Inc. can evaluate the project and determine the equipment and configuration needed for the installation. The goal is a draft system designed around the location, the beer run, the cooling requirements, and the way the establishment intends to operate.
